Wagyu Parmesan Burger

Wagyu Parmesan Burger – Arooga’s juicy, no antibiotics ever Wagyu Kobe burger topped with hand-cut and hand-breaded mozzarella triangles ladled with house marinara, sprinkled with shaved Parmesan cheese and served on an all-natural Brioche bun.

“These burgers may be some of the most creative we’ve ever come up with,” said Gary Huether, Jr., president and co-founder of Arooga’s. “We use our grain-fed, free-range, no antibiotics ever Imperial Wagyu burgers, and put a unique twist on them.  Some are topped with our hand-breaded Mozzarella Triangles, and we even went a little nuts and decided to create one that we serve on a glazed doughnut. When you see it, you’ll say, ‘Um … what?’ You have to trust me on this one.”

All Arooga’s burgers are served with House-made Coleslaw, Natural Cut Fries or House Chips. Arooga’s guests may substitute for $1 and choose between Beer-battered Onion Rings or Tater Tots; for $2, Loaded Fries, Bleu Chips or Mac N Cheese or for $3, can add Bowl of Soup, Lobsta Shells N Cheese, House, Caesar, Spinach or Chopped Salad.

In addition to the new burger masterpieces, Arooga’s menu recently underwent some of its biggest ingredient changes in its history, highlighted by its transition to organic and all-natural ingredients. Every day, Arooga’s features fresh, clean ingredients, no antibiotic ever chicken breasts, beer brats, and numerous USDA Organic items. All Arooga’s locations are certified Gluten Free by the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness. More than 50 menu items are certified Gluten Free or offer Gluten Free options. Arooga’s takes special care to ensure those options are conveniently labeled on the menu. Arooga’s has also transitioned all of its soups and dips to have no artificial ingredients and be preservative free.

Arooga’s is one of America’s hottest restaurant concepts. In addition to 10 corporate restaurants, the brand, once selected as America’s Next Top Restaurant Franchise, began franchising in 2014, signing its first agreement with the Mohegan Tribe for 15 units who just opened their second location in Warwick, RI.   Arooga’s has since made deals for nearly 100 units across the East Coast and plans to open five franchise units in 2016.
