First Watch to Open in Town & Country

The daytime café will open its 9th St. Louis-area restaurant Monday

First Watch to Open in Town & CountrySt. Louis, MO  (Restaurant News Release)  First Watch Restaurants, the popular breakfast, brunch and lunch concept, today announced it will open the doors to its newest St. Louis-area restaurant on Monday, October 3. The new restaurant will open at 7 a.m. at 1130 Town & Country Crossing Drive in the Town & Country Crossing shopping center. The 3,300-square-foot restaurant will be the 33-year-old company’s ninth First Watch in the St. Louis area and will employ about 25 people.

“We are excited to bring our unique Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch concept to the Town & Country area,” said Chris Tomasso, president of First Watch. “Since we opened our first restaurant in the market in 2000 in Chesterfield, we’ve grown and changed tremendously as a brand, introduced so many new menu items and brought in a new restaurant design. To step back and realize how incredibly loyal the people in St. Louis have been and see that they’re highly anticipating our ninth restaurant opening in the area – it’s fantastic.”

First Watch’s curated menu takes an elevated approach to traditional and inventive offerings made to order using farm fresh ingredients. It includes items such as Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. The new restaurant on Town & Country Crossing Drive will offer healthy, flavorful favorites like house-made granola and pico de gallo, organic greens, house-roasted vegetables, cage-free eggs and 100% fresh-squeezed orange juice as well as more indulgent, traditional breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings.

The restaurant will serve its exclusive Sunrise Select Premium Blend Coffee, made from slow-roasted, hand-selected, high-grown coffee beans from mountains across North, Central and South America, by the pot.

The new First Watch will open with the restaurant’s latest “Urban Farm” interior design, which combines farm fresh elements with a high-energy, urban vibe.

First Watch serves its entire menu seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. The restaurant also offers customers complimentary newspapers and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
