Redmond, WA – Feed Co. Burgers
Look for an October opening at 2407 E. Union Street of multi-concept operator Scott Staples new quick service concept.  The new unit will maintain the casual feel of his other operations with an all season heated patio, craft beer, shakes, fries and unique proteins such as bison and water buffalo burgers.

Oakland CA – Degrees Plato
Husband and wife team Rich Allen and Mercedes Sperling don’t have an opening date but do have a location at 4251 MacArthur Blvd. for their family-friendly craft beer operation.  The menu will feature Latin inspired foods such as tacos, tortas, quesadillas and enchiladas with food specials to round out the fare.

Richmond, VA – Sur Taco and Sandwich
Chefs Jason Alley and Michele Jones of Pasture and Comfort restaurants will team with Champions Brewing of Charlottesville at 401 E. Grace Street for a year end opening.  While the menu is in development the craft beers will flow from both the on-site operation and their Charlottesville brewery.

Baltimore, MD – The Point
After a successful six-year run in Fell’s Point restaurateur Erica Russo will open her second unit in Towson at 523 York Road with a targeted opening of October.  The menu will be scratch-made using locally sourced products, offer vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free items and of course their crab cakes.

Milwaukee, WI – Sabrosa Café & Gallery
What does a Latin Chef do when moving away from his core cuisine, he opens a breakfast and lunch café with a gallery.  Renovations at 3216 S. Howell Avenue should allow for an early 2017 opening to feature traditional “American Fare” breakfast, lunch and brunch along with an art and music gallery.

Amarillo, TX – Copper Fire Grill
Stepping out on their own husband and wife Brent and Heather Lancour plan an early November opening at 2800 Civic Circle of their casual-feel, upscale cuisine eatery.  In addition to traditional foods the menu will feature a “farm-to-table” emphasis and unique proteins such as buffalo and wild game.
