Beginning today, March 27, Mexican food fans can indulge in the new Pork Carnitas Quesadilla Taco – a quesadilla filled with shredded pork carnitas, roasted salsa verde, lime sour cream, lettuce and pico de gallo.
Now that’s a mouthful!
But the deliciousness doesn’t stop there. Guests can also upgrade any menu item – from tacos to burritos to Super Nachos and Super Potato Olés® – with a heaping topping of hand-shredded, juicy pork carnitas.
“We’re always looking for creative ways to keep our menu fresh and exciting for our guests,” said Bob Karisny, VP of Menu Strategy and Innovation at Taco John’s. “We’ve gotten countless requests to include pork carnitas on our menu, so we’re really looking forward to rolling them out in an exciting new way this spring.”
