Which Wich Superior Sandwiches Announces Flag Your Bag Contest Winners and Honors U.S. Troops With Treat-Filled Care Packages

DALLAS  (RestaurantNewsRelease.com)  Which Wich Superior Sandwiches, an award-winning national sandwich concept, is proud to announce the winners of the inaugural Flag Your Bag contest: Caroline Radtke of San Antonio; Dan Gremminger of Dallas; and Bhavna Sharma of Stillwater, Oklahoma. They received a $500 gift card, $250 gift card, and $100 gift card, respectively, as well as framed reproductions of their winning bags.

During this Fourth of July promotion, Which Wich encouraged guests to show their support for U.S. troops by drawing patriotic doodles on the backs of their sandwich bags using red and blue Sharpies. Those looking to score a $500 gift card took pictures of their bags, uploaded the pictures to the Which Which wall at Facebook.com/WhichWich, and tagged themselves to their photos. The photos with the most “likes” emerged victorious.

At the end of the promotion, Which Wich collected hundreds of “flagged” bags from stores across the country and filled them with cookies, brownies, and Wich Krispies to create care packages for the troops. Also included in each bag was a letter from founder and chief vibe officer Jeff Sinelli, thanking the soldiers for their service. To determine which servicemen and women would receive care packages, Which Wich solicited addresses from Facebook fans who have loved ones serving overseas.

“We were blown away by the quality and creativity of the Flag Your Bag submissions,” says Jeff Sinelli, Which Wich founder and chief vibe officer. “But perhaps more important, we were humbled by the sincere outpouring of gratitude for our troops, as expressed in the hundreds of patriotic bags we collected.
