Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery Taps ‘American Dream Ale’

LOUISVILLE, Colo.  (RestaurantNewsRelease.com)  Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, a casual dining concept specializing in handcrafted beer and food, will tap its 10th annual American Dream Ale celebration July 8 – August 29, 2010.

Our restaurants will also feature a special limited-time food menu with some delicious “seafood market” favorites that will pair with this year’s beer, which is a medium bodied, full flavored India Pale Ale that offers bright, fruity and citrus hop flavors and aromas, expertly balanced with select specialty malts. This IPA features all you love about hops. “This tapping is always a crowd favorite and one of the best selling beer promotions for us every year,” said Kevin Reed, Director of Brewing Operations. Where permissible by law, many of our restaurants will feature a complimentary taste of this great summer beer. We’ll also be offering some tasty new summer cocktails so come by and visit one of our 32 participating Rock Bottom Restaurant and Brewery and Walnut Brewery locations nationwide.

Our American Ale promotion is a long time favorite that truly showcases the combined talents of our brewers and chefs in crafting fresh quaffable brews and great food that complement each other. Rock Bottom Restaurants features hundreds of unique beers and over 125 major brewing awards including 13 awards at the 2010 World Beer Cup®.
