Beeville, TX – Hawaiian Bros Island Grill is opening a new 1,250 sq ft location at 2012 N Saint Mary’s St in Beeville, across from College North Shopping Center. The fast casual Hawaiian BBQ concept, part of an 86-unit national brand, is currently under construction and is expected to open in July-August 2026.
Riverhead, NY – Shake Shack is opening a new location on June 30, 2026 at 1770 W Main St in Tanger Outlets. The fast casual burger concept, part of a 500-unit national brand, will feature approximately 3,000 sq ft and serve lunch and dinner.
Charlotte, NC – Postino WineCafe is opening a new location in Summer 2026 at 1606 Commonwealth Ave, Suite 101 in Charlotte, at Plaza Midwood. The upscale dining wine cafe concept, part of a 40-unit national brand, will occupy 3,500 sq ft and offer lunch and dinner service.
Olive Branch, MS – Jim ‘N Nick’s Bar-B-Q is opening its first Mississippi location in late 2026 at 8401 McGregor Crossing in Olive Branch, near Fox Creek Express. The BBQ concept is part of a 61-unit national brand and continues the company’s southeastern expansion.
Round Rock, TX – Slim Chickens is opening a new location in Fall 2026 at 2700 Red Bud Ln in Round Rock, at Shops at Forest Commons. The fast casual chicken concept, part of a 266-unit national brand, will occupy a former Zaxby’s location.
