The Red Room Tapas Lounge Wins Best Of The Triangle 2010 Awards

Rocky Top Hospitality Restaurant Recognized by Independent Weekly
RALEIGH, N.C.  (  Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality (, has announced that The Red Room Tapas Lounge has been named the best place to salsa dance and the best place to eat appetizers by Independent Weekly’s 2010 Best of the Triangle awards. The Red Room was also a finalist for best romantic restaurant. Winners are selected through readers’ polls.
The Red Room, the only Spanish-influenced tapas lounge in downtown Raleigh, transforms into the area’s trendiest salsa party every Thursday night with free dance lessons offered early in the evening. Appetizer-sized portions are reasonably priced and made for sharing, along with other specialties including sangria, wine and signature red cocktails.
