Houston, TX (Restaurant News Release) Confessions Restaurant & Lounge has launched a new brunch menu in time for spring, featuring a lineup of elevated comfort dishes and signature cocktails designed to deliver a memorable, indulgent weekend dining experience.
The new extensive brunch menu highlights a mix of Southern-inspired favorites and modern, chef-driven plates. Standout dishes include luxe caviar toast sticks topped with crème fraîche and hot honey, hot honey fried chicken biscuits, and a selection of elevated chicken and waffle variations, including Biscoff and peach cobbler options.
Additional offerings range from savory staples such as Southern shrimp and grits, Cajun sausage and eggs pasta, and peppercorn steak and eggs, to lighter selections like the Morning Glory salad with avocado, roasted sweet potatoes and lemon vinaigrette. The menu also features a Southern butter burger served on a glazed donut bun, reflecting the restaurant’s approach to bold, flavor-forward brunch dining.
Complementing the food menu is a new curated cocktail program designed to match the energy of the brunch experience. Signature drinks include the “Do the Spritz” with elderflower and peach notes, the espresso-forward “Call a Carajillo,” and the “Superstar Martini,” alongside a range of playful brunch cocktails and shareable presentations such as a mimosa tree.
