Former Finance Professional Cesar Paoli Opens Paris Baguette Bakery Café in Miami’s Wynwood District
Miami, FL (Restaurant News Release) Paris Baguette and franchise owner Cesar Paoli are proud to announce the opening of the newest bakery café at 2217 North Miami Ave, Miami, FL, 33127 on June 30. Located in the heart of Wynwood, the new bakery café will bring Paris Baguette’s signature assortment of artisan pastries, cakes, breads and handcrafted beverages to one of Miami’s most vibrant and creative neighborhoods. The café features a custom hand-painted mural that pays tribute to Wynwood’s artistic roots and serves as a visual reflection of the community’s culture and spirit. With more than 4,000 locations worldwide and 300+ bakery cafés operating across North America, the brand continues to expand its footprint, with multiple locations in development. The established and growing concept is rapidly strengthening its presence in key markets.
Paoli, a former banking and finance professional from Venezuela, moved to Miami in 2015 and sought a business venture that combined his analytical background with a product he personally valued. During his many trips to New York, Paoli discovered his love for Paris Baguette. He instantly became a loyal fan, recognizing the opportunity to bring the brand’s premium experience to South Florida.
“I’ve always been in finance, but I’ve also always had an interest in the hospitality business. When I decided to reinvent my career in Miami, I knew I wanted to work with a brand that has a great product,” Paoli said. “I was a customer of Paris Baguette first, and I believe in what they bring to a neighborhood. Wynwood is the perfect artsy, high-growth area for Paris Baguette and I look forward to this being the first step in expanding the brand’s presence throughout the Miami market.”
The café opening is a milestone for the brand, and the first in Miami. Paris Baguette plans to reach 1,000 locations across the U.S. and Canada by 2030 and is expanding through meaningful partnerships with local entrepreneurs who show a genuine interest in bringing people together over fresh baked goods and artisan coffee beverages.
