Seasonal menu pairs the iconic flavors of the brand’s heritage with autumn classics
New Orleans, LA (Restaurant News Release) As cooler days return, PJ’s Coffee is inviting guests to embrace the rich flavors of New Orleans with a cozy spin beginning Aug. 12. The limited-time lineup features the return of the Pumpkin Latte alongside two new beverages topped with creamy banana sweet cold foam and new Bananas Foster Bites.
Created in New Orleans in the 1950s, Bananas Foster has long been a staple of the city’s culinary culture. PJ’s Coffee is celebrating that tradition by pairing sweet banana notes with premium coffee and matcha while introducing a pastry that captures the dessert’s signature caramelized flavor in this year’s fall menu:
- Pumpkin Latte – A seasonal favorite featuring rich espresso and smooth pumpkin pie flavors, available hot, iced or blended as a Velvet Ice and finished with a dash of cinnamon.
- Cold Brew Mocha with Banana Sweet Cold Foam – PJ’s signature cold brew paired with rich chocolate and topped with silky banana sweet cold foam for a creamy twist inspired by the classic pairing of banana and chocolate.
- Iced Matcha Latte with Banana Sweet Cold Foam – Bright, earthy matcha hand-shaken with creamy milk and finished with fluffy banana sweet cold foam for a smooth, refreshing seasonal sip.
- Bananas Foster Bites – Warm, bite-sized pastries bursting with the buttery, caramelized brown sugar flavors of Bananas Foster, perfect for sharing or enjoying solo.
