Popular Orlando Food Truck to Debut First Brick-and-Mortar Location Featuring Globally Inspired Cheesesteaks and an All-New Pizza Menu
Orlando, FL (Restaurant News Release) One beloved Orlando restaurant is passing the torch to another rising culinary concept in the College Park neighborhood. Pacchioni’s, the popular food truck known for taking the classic Philadelphia cheesesteak on a flavorful trip around the world, is preparing to open its first brick-and-mortar location in the former Pizza Bruno space at 2429 Edgewater Drive, Orlando, FL 32804. Set to open in early December, the new restaurant, Pacchioni’s Cheesesteaks & Pizza, will bring its signature globally inspired cheesesteaks and an inventive new pizza menu to the heart of College Park.
The approximately 1,500-square-foot restaurant marks an exciting milestone for Pacchioni’s, which launched its food truck in February 2025 and has been making a name for itself with its creative approach to the iconic Philly cheesesteak. Founded by Daniel Pacchioni, the concept combines familiar comfort food with bold international flavors, offering a culinary adventure inspired by destinations around the world. While Pacchioni’s signature cheesesteaks will remain at the heart of the menu, the new restaurant will introduce an entirely new lineup of inventive pizzas, giving the former Pizza Bruno space a fresh new chapter while maintaining its connection to Orlando’s vibrant restaurant scene.
“Opening our first brick-and-mortar restaurant is a dream come true, and doing it in College Park makes it even more special,” says Pacchioni. “We lived just two streets away for five years, so this really feels like coming home. The response to our food truck has been incredible, and we’re excited to build on that momentum and take our ideas even further. For us, this is about more than opening a restaurant. It’s about creating something meaningful with longtime friends, becoming part of a neighborhood we already love and giving Orlando food lovers something new and unexpected. We’re especially honored to have Bruno’s blessing and thankful for all his support and mentorship and who knows, maybe there’s a few surprise collaborations in the near future. We can’t wait to share this next chapter with the community.”
Pacchioni is joined in the new venture by his longtime friends and new business partners Yeosh Bendayan and Jon Ruhff, who bring their entrepreneurial experience to the restaurant industry. Together, Bendayan and Ruhff have built and operated successful businesses, including Push Button Creative Audio, specializing in audio branding, and Southeast Chevy Parts, serving the classic Chevrolet restoration community. Their experience spans business development, marketing, brand building, customer experience and day-to-day operations. Now, they’re applying that collective expertise to an exciting new chapter in the restaurant business, working alongside their new partner to create a distinctive dining experience in College Park.
“Pizza Bruno has been such a special part of College Park, and when it came time to pass the torch, I wanted to make sure the space was in the right hands,” says Owner Bruno Zacchini. “Daniel, Yeosh, Jon and team were a natural choice. I love the team’s passion, creativity and vision for what they want to bring to the neighborhood. They share the same entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to great food, and I’m especially excited to share my input on their new restaurant. I can’t wait to see what they create in this next chapter.”
Pacchioni’s existing menu, developed in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Mike Collantes, takes guests on a culinary journey with globally inspired cheesesteaks featuring premium ingredients and unexpected flavor combinations. Favorites include The O.G., a classic Philly-style cheesesteak with Cheez Whiz, grilled onions and provolone; The K-Drama, featuring Korean-inspired bulgogi glaze, kimchi and sesame oil; The Island Spice, with Jamaican jerk seasoning, curry aioli and jalapeños; The Truffle Trésor, a French-inspired cheesesteak with truffle oil mix, mushrooms, dijon mustard, borsin cheese, fried shallots, onions and provolone cheese; and The El Dorado, a Colombian-inspired creation featuring egg, potato chips and mayo-ketchup. Guests can also enjoy the brand’s signature loaded Expedition Fries.

Pacchioni’s was built on the belief that food can be both familiar and adventurous. By reimagining an iconic Philadelphia staple through flavors and culinary traditions from around the world, the brand has created cheesesteaks that tell a story and invite guests to try something unexpected. Its expansion into pizza represents the next evolution in that philosophy, bringing the same spirit of creativity, curiosity and bold flavors to another beloved comfort food.
The new restaurant will offer a welcoming, casual neighborhood atmosphere where guests can gather over creative food in an approachable, energetic setting. Additional details about the restaurant’s design, menu and official opening date will be announced in the coming weeks.
