First Dickey's Barbecue Brings Pit Smoked Texas Barbecue to New JerseyEast Brunswick, NJ  (Restaurant News Release)  The nation’s largest barbecue chain, Dickey’s Barbecue Pit is opening its first location in New Jersey on Thursday, March 19 at 11 a.m. The fast casual barbecue chain offers meats pit smoked onsite, home style sides and free ice cream with every meal. In celebration of the new location in East Brunswick, the store will host a three day grand opening event.

“It’s exciting to see our footprint expand to New Jersey,” said Roland Dickey, Jr., CEO of Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. “Barbecue is gaining popularity across the country and throughout the east coast.”

Thursday, the first 50 guests receive gift cards worth up to $50. Friday, station 92.3 AMP will be onsite from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and guests can score a deal with $2 pulled pork barbecue sandwiches during the event. One lucky winner will win a $500 gift card and three winners receive free barbecue for an entire year. Saturday, guests can score Dickey’s Barbecue merchandise with all day giveaways.
