
Seasonal collection features balsamic-marinated chicken, fresh strawberries and new French-inspired favorites

Designed for everything from quick weekday lunches and meals on the go to afternoon treats and relaxed gatherings, the collection brings bright summer flavors to a range of everyday occasions.
Featuring crisp produce, balsamic-marinated grilled chicken, creamy cheeses and new buttery croissant croutons, the limited-time collection delivers fresh, satisfying options for guests dining in or taking their meal to go. Fresh strawberries also appear across both savory dishes and desserts, bringing a bright seasonal flavor to the menu.
This summer’s offerings include:
Protein Bowl – Balsamic-marinated chicken, boiled egg, grape tomatoes and sliced avocado come together in a satisfying bowl with fresh flavor and balance, ideal for dining in or taking on the go.
Bistro Salad – Mixed greens topped with fresh strawberries, feta and balsamic, finished with la Madeleine’s new house-made croissant croutons for a buttery crunch. Guests may also add chicken, with a petite option available at select locations.
French Cobb Salad with Chicken – A French-inspired take on the classic Cobb, featuring crisp romaine, smoky bacon, grape tomatoes, green onions, boiled egg and avocado, topped with balsamic-marinated chicken and croissant croutons and served with ranch dressing.

Strawberry Chocolate Éclair – Delicate choux pastry filled with strawberry cream and finished with a rich chocolate topping.
Strawberry Chantilly – Layers of cake and Chantilly cream cake topped with fresh strawberries. Available by the slide or as a whole cake for summer celebrations and sharing.
