Proud Deep Dish Pizza Partner of Chicago Fire FC debuts limited-time pizza inspired by Chicago’s Maxwell Street Polish tradition and the Club’s newest player in red
Chicago, IL (Restaurant News Release) Lou Malnati’s announced today the debut of its new Maxwell Polish Sausage Deep Dish Pizza. Inspired by Chicago’s Maxwell Street Polish sausage tradition, the limited-time offering celebrates the brand’s partnership with Chicago Fire FC as the Club’s Official Deep Dish Partner and the excitement surrounding the Club’s newest player in red and the historic match tonight.
Inspired by the flavors of the iconic Chicago sandwich, the Maxwell Polish Sausage Deep Dish Pizza features Vienna Beef Polish sausage, grilled onions, yellow mustard and sport peppers atop Lou Malnati’s signature crust. The pizza will be available at Lou Malnati’s Chicagoland and Wisconsin locations.

To celebrate the launch, Lou Malnati’s invites guests to make a reservation at its newly renovated South Loop restaurant before the Chicago Fire FC match on July 16 at Soldier Field. Beginning at 5 p.m., the pizzeria will offer complimentary samples of the Maxwell Polish Sausage Deep Dish Pizza in the restaurant lobby while supplies last.
Fans attending the match can also visit Lou Malnati’s tent outside the stadium for giveaways and gameday activities before kickoff.
The Maxwell Polish Sausage Deep Dish Pizza will be available exclusively as a Small Deep Dish pizza for dine-in, carryout and delivery from July 16 – July 30, or while supplies last.
