Located in Downtown Palm Springs, the restaurant has been a favorite of locals and visitors alike, known for its modern, elevated sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese specialities. The restaurant features a Special Celebration Menu from July 15th through July 19th which will include a Three Course Dinner curated with guests’ favorite choices submitted over the year. Priced at $45, the menu includes a choice of appetizers (including Crispy Rice Spicy Tuna or Spicy Garlic Edamame), a choice of carpaccio (Salmon or Yellowtail), and a choice of entrée (Chicken Katsu, Palm Springs Roll, Millionaire Roll, or Snowflake Roll).
Ponzu Sushi recently unveiled its new brunch menu, available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 11 am to 2:30 pm. This new menu from Corporate Chef Blake Blacksberg blends traditional breakfast plates with fresh sushi and small bites. Highlights include the popular Shokupan (a Japanese Milk French Toast), Kyoto Hot Chicken (a spicy fried chicken), Mango Sashimi Salad, and a Classic Traditional Japanese Breakfast Bento Box.
