New Orleans-inspired brunch concept debuts patriotic beignets, festive cocktails and family-friendly July offers
New Orleans, LA (Restaurant News Release) Ruby Slipper is adding a celebratory touch to the table with seasonal flavors and sips designed to brighten the summer.
The lineup features:
- America’s Beignets ($7.25): New Orleans-style beignets served with whipped vanilla mascarpone, strawberry coulis, blueberry compote for dipping and topped with powdered sugar.
- Firecracker Mimosa ($11): Sparkling wine mixed with watermelon syrup, hot honey syrup and orange juice and finished with a festive firecracker candy rim.
- Red, White & Blue Flight ($18): A trio of colorful brunch cocktails featuring a Blueberry Vodka Transfusion, Kamikaze and Blue Cosmo.
- Sparkling for All ($20): A bottle of sparkling wine served with guests’ choice of two juices – watermelon-pomegranate, orange or blueberry-lavender – alongside fresh strawberries and blueberry compote for a customizable brunch toast.
Crafted for leisurely mornings and long weekends, Ruby Slipper’s new menu brings people together over shareable sips, sweet treats and unforgettable brunch moments.
“When we create a seasonal menu, we look for flavors that feel fresh, balanced and made for the moment,” said Chef Marla Chua, culinary director for Ruby Slipper. “As guests gather to celebrate the Fourth of July and America’s 250th birthday, we wanted every item – from the berry-topped beignets to our festive cocktails – to feel bright, fun and made for sharing around the table.”
Through July 31, Kids Eat Free* Monday through Friday from 7-10 a.m. with the purchase of an adult entrée, giving families another reason to gather around the breakfast table all month long.
