On Thursday, July 29th at 11 AM, the owner group will cut the ceremonious red ribbon with the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce and “Limeboy,” Salsarita’s mascot, will participate in the Georgia’s Chicken Fun Run at the Deanna Rose Children’s Farmstead on Saturday, July 31st. Grand opening festivities will last the entire weekend at the restaurant with discounted pricing on soft drinks, chips & salsa.

Salsarita’s specializes in serving made-to-order burritos, tacos, tortillas, pizzas and taco salads. Prepared fresh-daily in each restaurant, guests can enjoy high-quality dishes featuring ground beef, grilled chicken, grilled steak, or pork, grilled shrimp and fresh vegetables. Salsarita’s also offers a choice of 13 delicious fillings and four homemade salsas.
