Sixty Vines San Antonio Opens August 10 with 60 Wines on TapSan Antonio, TX  (Restaurant News ReleaseSixty Vines will officially open its doors in San Antonio on Monday, August 10, introducing its wine-country approach to dining at The Shops at LaCantera. Located at 15900 LaCantera Parkway, the restaurant will offer 60 wines on tap from vineyards around the world paired with a seasonal menu inspired by wine country.

“San Antonio is one of the best food cities in Texas, and people here have a real appreciation for gathering around the table,” said Jeff Carcara, CEO of Sixty Vines. “We can’t wait to introduce the community to our seasonal menu and 60 wines on tap. It’s all designed to make discovering wine fun and approachable. We call it pinkies down, and we think San Antonio is going to love the experience.”

Sixty Vines’ wine-on-tap system is at the heart of the experience. Each keg holds the equivalent of 26 bottles and can be reused about 1,500 times, which cuts down on waste and keeps every pour fresh, “straight from the barrel.” Guests can order wines by the glass, flight, carafe or bottle.
