Built on Soulman’s signature house sausage blend, the new Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage combines savory Texas barbecue flavor with creamy cheddar cheese and a subtle jalapeño kick designed for summer cravings. The seasonal offering will be available at all Soulman’s locations for dine-in, takeout and catering orders.

The small-batch specialty sausage continues Soulman’s tradition of blending authentic Texas barbecue with bold flavors that resonate with longtime fans and new customers alike.

The Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage can be enjoyed as the main course or an add-on to barbecue plates, sandwiches or SoulBowl combinations for a customizable summer meal. The new menu item arrives as Texans seek bold, shareable comfort foods during peak barbecue season, offering what Soulman’s calls “slow-smoked flavor with a bold jalapeño cheddar kick.”
