Friends open the Granite State’s third location of the brand known for made-from scratch Greek cuisine based on cherished family recipes
Epping, NH (Restaurant News Release) The greater Seacoast region can now enjoy the signature cuisine and service of The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill®. The growing restaurant brand that serves fresh takes on classic cuisine has opened its third location in New Hampshire, at 1 Brickyard Square, Suite 19, in Epping.
The location is owned by Kevin Chauvette and John Hall, two friends who partnered together after successful careers in business. They also own the two other locations in the state in Manchester and Salem.
“We’re excited about expanding in the state and into the Seacoast area, becoming part of Epping’s growing business community,” Hall said. “It’s a thrill to introduce guests to our menu, which serves all the best traditional Mediterranean cuisine with a contemporary twist. It’s a dining experience no one can forget.”
Prior to opening the restaurants, Chauvette worked as an optometrist and owned nine optical stores in New Hampshire for over 25 years before selling them in 2021. Hall has over 40 years of restaurant operations experience, including for various fast casual brands. His wife, Pam, is working with them as their bookkeeper.
The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is known for its diverse menu rooted in the Mediterranean diet, offering customizable options such as rice bowls, fresh salads, and pita wraps with proteins including gyro meat and salmon. Signature items include made-to-order Feta Fries, house-made dips, and desserts like baklava ice cream and rice pudding.
Beyond dine-in service, the Epping location offers Mediterranean catering for corporate events, community gatherings, and family celebrations with build-your-own gyro stations, souvlaki skewers, traditional sides, and desserts designed to deliver a full Greek dining experience at scale.
