Houston, TX (Restaurant News Release) Paris Baguette, the globally recognized bakery café known for its artisan pastries, cakes, and elevated café experience, is set to open its newest Houston location in Houston Heights.
The Houston Heights bakery marks the sixth Paris Baguette location from franchisee Jim Wang of JW Concepts, continuing the group’s strategic growth across the Houston market. JW Concepts has built a strong reputation for bringing globally inspired dining concepts to local communities with a focus on quality, experience, and accessibility.
Designed to reflect the character of Heights, the new location blends Parisian café culture with modern, community-driven design. Guests can expect a thoughtfully curated menu featuring fresh-baked pastries, signature cakes, specialty coffee, and globally inspired flavors, including Korean influences that have become a hallmark of the brand.
“Houston Heights is one of the most dynamic and culturally rich neighborhoods in the city,” said Jim Wang of JW Concepts. “We wanted to create a space that feels like an everyday escape where the community can gather, connect, and experience something new.”
The new location is designed to serve as more than just a bakery, offering a welcoming space for guests to gather, work, and connect throughout the day.
Paris Baguette Houston Heights will celebrate its grand opening with a series of preview events and community activations, inviting guests to experience the brand’s signature blend of craftsmanship, culture, and everyday indulgence.
The grand opening is scheduled for Monday, May 18, 2026, at 7 a.m. The bakery will offer a free pastry with purchase to the first 100 guests beginning at opening. In addition, 10 guests will be randomly selected to receive a Paris Baguette coffee grinder and Lavazza espresso whole bean coffee. The café will be open Sunday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. It will also offer online ordering and delivery through the Paris Baguette app and major delivery partners.
