Dubrinsky brings more than 11 years of recruiting experience to RIM following a highly successful tenure with Goodwin Recruiting, where he became the top all-time biller in company history. Over the course of his recruiting career, he has completed nearly 1,000 placements across hospitality, finance, accounting, legal, manufacturing, senior living, and executive leadership sectors.
Before transitioning into recruiting, Dubrinsky spent nearly 30 years as a restaurant operator and entrepreneur, owning and operating multiple concepts including 19 Little Caesars locations, Kenny Rogers Roasters franchises, and Max’s Delicatessen. His operational background has become a defining advantage in his recruiting career, allowing him to evaluate talent through the lens of real-world leadership, execution, and operational performance.
