These unique menu selections are available for dine-in only starting Jun. 12, while supplies last.
- Flounder with Soy Jalapeño: Delicate cuts of subtly sweet hirame layered over Kura specialty rice topped with soy-marinated jalapeño and sesame seeds.
- Flounder with Spicy Crunchy Garlic: Enjoy the mild taste of hirame over Kura specialty rice, balanced with house-made spicy crunchy garlic oil and green onion.
- Shrimp Wrap with Spicy Crunchy Garlic: This taco-style wrap features jumbo shrimp over Kura specialty rice with pickled carrot. It’s topped with avocado, mayo, dressed with house-made spicy crunchy garlic oil, and wrapped in green leaf lettuce and soy paper.
- Crispy Tofu Roll: This delectable, vegetarian-friendly roll includes pieces of crispy tofu, cucumber, avocado, pickled carrot, and green leaf lettuce with miso mayo wrapped in seaweed and Kura specialty rice.
Rounding out this limited-time menu are Matcha Soy Milk Pudding – made with matcha powder from Shizuoka, Japan, shiratama mochi, red bean paste and matcha sugar, and Kura Reserve Standard nigiri sushi favorites Bluefin Tuna Otoro – tender bluefin tuna belly and Kumamoto Wagyu – marbled Japanese wagyu beef topped with garlic chips.
