Houston, TX (Restaurant News Release) QUAD Houston (4608 Almeda Rd, Houston, TX 77004) has officially reopened with a completely revamped concept, unveiling major renovations, expanded viewing experiences and an all-new food and cocktail menu just in time for Houston’s packed sports and FIFA season.
Owned by NFL veteran and former first-round draft pick Michael Brockers, QUAD’s relaunch represents a renewed investment into creating a premier Houston destination for sports, dining, nightlife and private events.
The newly upgraded venue now features four distinct experiences under one roof, including an elevated bar and lounge area, redesigned dining room, private event space for celebrations and corporate gatherings, and a newly enhanced outdoor patio built with game day energy in mind.
Brockers says the relaunch reflects his full commitment to building QUAD into one of Houston’s go-to hospitality destinations for gameday, dinners out or simply stopping by after work.
“This has been a passion project for me, and I’ve put my full focus into making QUAD a place Houston can truly be proud of,” said Michael Brockers. “We wanted to create more than just a sports bar. QUAD is designed to bring people together for great food, big games, celebrations and unforgettable experiences.”
The reopening also includes additional TVs throughout the venue ahead of FIFA festivities and Houston’s growing sports tourism scene, allowing guests to experience major matches, playoff games and watch parties from virtually every angle inside the restaurant and patio.
The new menu features a mix of elevated comfort food, steakhouse-inspired offerings and shareable game day favorites. Signature dishes include Crawfish Queso, Fried Lobster Bites, Sticky Pineapple Wings, QUAD Steakhouse Egg Rolls, Cajun Seafood Pasta, Blackened Salmon and a Ribeye with Peppercorn Mushroom Sauce.
QUAD’s refreshed menu also introduces new sliders, tacos, loaded baked potatoes and upgraded sides, including Truffle Parmesan Fries and Crawfish Fried Rice.
In addition to the food offerings, the relaunch debuts a new cocktail program featuring drinks such as the “Victory Lap” Pineapple French 75, “Heat Check” Spicy Guava Margarita, “Executive Reserve” Cherry Smoked Old Fashioned and the “Midnight Touchdown” Toasted Marshmallow Vodka Espressotini.
As Houston prepares to welcome an influx of visitors for FIFA-related events and major sporting moments, Brockers says QUAD is positioned to become a central gathering place for locals and tourists alike.
“Houston is about to be on a global stage,” Brockers said. “We wanted QUAD to match that energy with a bigger atmosphere, better experiences and a menu people will keep coming back for.”
QUAD Houston is now open to the public Thursday and Fridays 5pm-Midnight and Saturday and Sunday from 4pm to Midnight reservations are available at QUADhouston.com.
