The new Rogers restaurant will be owned and operated by eatSmart Minnesota LLC, which has been a CRISP & GREEN franchise partner since 2023. The group currently owns and operates five other Minnesota locations as well as a location in Wisconsin, bringing CRISP & GREEN’s chef-crafted menu and wellness-focused mission to even more communities across the Midwest.
