Natomas, CA (Restaurant News Release) Local Kitchens, the takeout-first food hall that collaborates with top restaurants and chefs to bring their signature dishes together on a single menu, opened their newest location in Natomas, CA on Wednesday, March 27th. Located at 2610 Arena Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95834 Suite 110, guests will have the option to choose items from six different restaurant brands including award-winning Sacramento native Nash & Proper’s fried chicken, The Melt‘s wagyu burgers, Square Pie Guys’ Detroit-style pizzas, Boba Guys‘ famous bubble tea, Flavor Trippin’ by Turkey And The Wolf‘s sandwiches and salads, and Nopalito Taqueria‘s burritos and bowls. The new location will be open from 10:30am to 10:00pm Thursday through Saturday, and 10:30am to 10:00pm Sunday through Wednesday.

Local Kitchens’ culinary team, led by Matthew Rudofker, previously the Executive Chef of Michelin Starred restaurant Momofuku, brings decades of experience in culinary research and development, making Local Kitchens the preferred partner for innovation and expansion among emerging chefs and restaurants. Recent collaborations include restaurants like Turkey And The Wolf which was named Bon Appetit’s Best New Restaurant in 2017.

Their most recent addition to the menu, Flavor Trippin’, marks Local Kitchens’ third collaboration with a nationally recognized chef. The menu features a collection of sandwiches, salads, and sides. Each dish reimagines comfort food classics with playful creativity, inviting you on a flavorful journey through cherished childhood memories and foods, developed by Chef Mason Hereford, founder of award-winning sandwich shop Turkey and the Wolf.
