With the opening of two newly built restaurants showcasing a contemporary new design and dining experience in Royal Oak and Canton Olga’s Kitchen experienced record profitability and sales in 2011.

Olga’s Kitchen will open a new restaurant in the Compuware Building in Downtown Detroit in March 2012. This fast-casual restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as provide catering services and office delivery to serve the surrounding business community.
Olga’s Kitchen will expand to 9 mid-western markets over the course of the next 3 years and plans on starting that growth in Chicago, Indianapolis and Columbus in 2012. The newly opened Olga’s Kitchen in Canton showcases the future model for the growing group of restaurants.
