Los Angeles, CA (Restaurant News Release) Tender Greens is firing up a bold barbecue twist that brings the backyard cookout indoors. Beginning May 14, guests across all locations can dig into the Backyard Ribs Plate and Backyard Ribs Family Meal, available for a limited time and just in time for the peak of summer dining.
These new offerings showcase St. Louis-style ribs, slow-roasted and finished with a housemade chipotle honey barbecue sauce that delivers sweet heat and smoky depth – a signature of Tender Greens’ chef-driven culinary style:
- Backyard Ribs Plate: St. Louis-style ribs served with macaroni salad and crispy potatoes. ($19.35)
- Backyard Ribs Family Meal: Serves four and includes St. Louis-style ribs with housemade chipotle honey barbecue sauce, plus two sides of your choice. ($69.95)
- Macaroni Salad: A summer classic featuring ditalini pasta, green olives, celery, pickles, parsley, chives and mayonnaise. ($4.45)
