Seasonal vegetables, new Happier Vegan dish and fresh flavors arrive March 11
Los Angeles, CA (Restaurant News Release) Tender Greens is welcoming spring with the debut of its limited-time Garden Toast and seasonal menu updates featuring fresh vegetables, bright herbs and a new plant-forward dish.
Leading the menu is the Garden Toast, built on grilled Larder sourdough and layered with green garbanzo hummus, whipped feta cheese and tender chickpeas, finished with dill, parsley, cilantro, za’atar and a drizzle of lemon vinaigrette. The vibrant combination delivers a fresh, herb-forward take on a comforting classic, following the brand’s winter limited-time carrot hummus toast.
Available starting March 11, the updated spring menu also includes:
- NEW Spring Recipe: Happier Vegan – a colorful, plant-forward plate layered with falafel, harissa sauce, farro wheat, green garbanzo hummus finished with extra virgin olive oil, heirloom cherry tomatoes, pickled cucumbers, onions, roasted peppers, baby lettuces and sherry vinaigrette
- Spring Harvest Salad – made with Laura Chenel goat cheese, strawberries, seasonal citrus, almonds, roasted onions, fresh herbs, baby lettuces and golden balsamic vinaigrette
- Pineapple Basil Agua Fresca – a light and refreshing beverage balancing tropical sweetness with fresh basil
- Spring Seasonal Vegetables – featuring carrots, mushrooms, snap peas and green beans (subject to availability)
