Seasonal produce takes center stage with two new dishes, launching Jan. 7
Los Angeles, CA (Restaurant News Release) Tender Greens is starting the new year with a fresh take on vegetable dishes that are nourishing and full of flavor. This January, the brand introduces two limited-time menu items – the Carrot Hummus Toast and the Beet-and-Burrata Salad – that highlight seasonal winter produce and let its flavors shine.
Carrot Hummus Toast: $9.75–$9.95
This toast puts a fresh twist on a familiar favorite. Slow-roasted carrots give the hummus natural sweetness and a vibrant color. Whipped feta adds creaminess, while shaved carrots provide a crisp contrast. Dill, parsley and mint layer in bright herbal notes, and a sprinkle of za’atar adds a subtle Middle Eastern touch. A drizzle of golden balsamic rounds out the flavors, all served on Larder grilled sourdough, giving the dish a satisfying chew and crisp edges.
Beet-and-Burrata Salad: $16.45–$16.85
The Beet and Burrata Salad blends roasted red and yellow beets with creamy DiStefano burrata for a mix of earthy and rich flavors. Lettuce and radish add crispness, while toasted pistachios and fingerling potato crisps provide crunch. Silky parsnip purée adds subtle sweetness, and a sherry vinaigrette ties everything together with a bright, balanced finish.

“Winter produce is the focal point for both of these dishes,” said Oliver Plust, executive corporate chef at One Table Restaurant Brands. “Carrots and beets are at their best this time of year, so we wanted to showcase their flavors and build balanced dishes around them.”
The Carrot Hummus Toast and Beet and Burrata Salad are available at all Tender Greens locations for a limited time, from Jan. 7 through March 10.
