Tocaya Unveils Breakfast Burrito and Matcha Horchata for Limited-Time Menu

All-day offerings debut May 14, blending savory comfort with plant-based refreshment

Tocaya Unveils Breakfast Burrito and Matcha Horchata for Limited-Time MenuLos Angeles, CA  (Restaurant News Release)  Breakfast returns to the menu at Tocaya with the launch of two new limited-time offerings: the Breakfast Burrito and Matcha Horchata. Starting May 14, guests can enjoy these two new menu additions all day long.

The new Breakfast Burrito ($13.75) layers organic beef chorizo, eggs, fried potatoes, roasted poblano chilies, caramelized onions, jalapeño jack cheese, smashed pinto beans and salsa verde into one seriously satisfying bite. It’s smoky, slightly spicy, with a layer of freshness that rounds everything out.

The Matcha Horchata ($5.25) takes Tocaya’s house-made vegan horchata and swirls in earthy matcha for a smooth, lightly sweet drink that feels equally fit for a slow morning or an afternoon reset. Fully plant-based and dairy-free, it delivers the creamy texture horchata fans expect, reimagined with a matcha twist.

“What we love about these additions is how well they complement one another,” said Tocaya’s Corporate Executive Chef Oliver Plust. “The burrito is warm and packed with deep richness, and the Matcha Horchata is cool and refreshing. Together, they capture every craving.”

Available individually or together as a combo for $17.45, the pairing blends rich, hearty comfort with a chilled, frothy twist.

The Breakfast Burrito and Matcha Horchata will be available at all eight Tocaya locations starting May 14 for a limited time, giving guests a fresh take on morning favorites that blends indulgent flavor with a lighter, plant-based beverage option.
