Charlotte, NC (Restaurant News Release) Harry’s Grille & Tavern, located in Southwest Charlotte’s growing mixed-use community of Ayrsley, is now offering 10 meals for under $10 for lunch. Many of the selections are designated as “Express Lunch” items to appeal to those who only have 30-45 minutes for lunch breaks and want good food quickly rather than a drive-through of a fast-food restaurant.
Harry’s opened in March and while dinner was a big hit from the start, lunch was slowly gaining momentum. Harry’s employees sought feedback and learned that customers loved the food but didn’t have the time for a full meal. The lunch menu was quickly redesigned by adding the express section and 10 items under $10.
The 10 items under $10 include:
- Cobb Salad: chopped greens, bacon, egg, avocado, diced onion, Stella cheese, ranch dressing $9
- Harry’s Caesar: romaine lettuce, brioche croutons, shaved Parmesan, Caesar dressing $9
- Pulled Pork Bourbon Tacos: topped with cheddar cheese served with Asian pear slaw $7
- Pasta Alfredo: with spinach fettuccini and homemade Alfredo sauce $7
- Spanish BBQ Sandwich: with caramelized onions, chipotle aioli and French fries $7
- Chicken Salad Sandwich: with mixed greens, carrots, tomatoes, onion and your choice dressing $7
- Grilled Portabella Sandwich: on brioche with arugula, roasted peppers and citrus Dijon $9
- Harry’s Burger: Angus beef on a brioche bun and sharp cheddar $9
- Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwich: with fresh mozzarella, peso, lettuce and tomato $9
- Classic Club: ham, turkey, bacon piled high with jack and cheddar cheese, mayo and lettuce $9
