Avalanche Food Group Raises $20,000 for PTSD Foundation of America Through Community Beer Partnership at Twin Peaks RestaurantsHouston, TX  (Restaurant News ReleaseAvalanche Food Group (AFG), the Houston based franchise operator of Twin Peaks restaurants, has raised $20,000 for the PTSD Foundation of America | Camp Hope through its ongoing Camp Hope Beer program, demonstrating the power of community support and a shared commitment to local veterans.

On Monday, Avalanche Food Group owners Ricky, Joe and John Rosa presented a ceremonial $20,000 check to representatives of Camp Hope, a Houston-based interim housing program providing support, counseling and recovery services for veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

The funds were generated through sales of the Camp Hope Beer across participating Avalanche Food Group-owned Twin Peaks locations. Through the program, guests can directly support local veterans simply by ordering the specialty beer, with a portion of proceeds benefiting Camp Hope and its mission.

“Supporting the men and women who have served our country is something we take seriously,” said John Rosa, partner of Avalanche Food Group. “The incredible response from our guests shows that when a community comes together around a meaningful cause, real impact can happen. This $20,000 donation represents thousands of customers who chose to raise a glass while helping veterans find hope, healing and support.”

Camp Hope and it’s outreach chapters serves as a national model for veteran recovery, offering a safe environment where Veterans and their families can access peer support, mentoring, counseling and other critical resources as they navigate the challenges associated with combat-related PTSD.

“We are grateful to Avalanche Food Group for partnering with the PTSD Foundation of America in our mission to support veterans and their families affected by combat-related post-traumatic stress. Their commitment demonstrates a genuine understanding that supporting our troops requires more than words or symbols – it requires meaningful action. Together, we are making a real difference in the lives of those who have sacrificed so much for our nation. We hope this partnership serves as an example and inspiration for other corporate leaders to join us in

supporting the men and women who have served our country and the families who stand beside them” said David Maulsby, Executive Director of our Support & Giving Department.

The partnership between Avalanche Food Group and the PTSD Foundation of America | Camp Hope was designed to create an easy and meaningful way for guests to give back while enjoying a meal at Twin Peaks. The program continues across participating AFG-owned locations, allowing customers to contribute to the cause with every Camp Hope Beer purchased.

“Every dollar raised helps us continue providing life-changing services to veterans and their families,” said Marilyn Kinyo, Director of Marketing at Camp Hope. “We are grateful to Avalanche Food Group, Twin Peaks and every guest who has chosen to support our mission. This partnership is helping us reach more veterans and remind them that they are not alone.”

The Rosa brothers say the $20,000 donation is only the beginning, with plans to continue growing awareness and support for the foundation and Camp Hope through future fundraising efforts and community engagement initiatives.

Guests can continue supporting Camp Hope by ordering a Camp Hope Beer at participating Avalanche Food Group-owned Twin Peaks locations throughout the year.
