Tampa, FL (Restaurant News Release) Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc., which operates and franchises approximately 800 Checkers® and Rally’s® restaurants, has announced that its private equity ownership group, Wellspring Capital Management, entered into an agreement to sell the Company to Sentinel Capital Partners.
