
Wellness-Driven Fast Casual Brand Expands Nebraska Presence Following Strong Local Demand
Minneapolis, MN (Restaurant News Release) CRISP & GREEN®, the fast-casual dining destination known for its convenient, chef-crafted and health-focused menu, is strengthening its Nebraska presence with the opening of a second Omaha restaurant on April 24. The new West Omaha location builds on the success of the brand’s Dodge Street restaurant, which opened in 2021 and has established a strong local following.

The new West Omaha location will be operated by Rontu Inc., a CRISP & GREEN franchise partner since 2025. Bringing a strong understanding of the local market, the group currently owns the first Omaha CRISP & GREEN, along with several Jimmy John’s locations throughout the region. With plans to continue expanding CRISP & GREEN throughout the Omaha metro and into additional Nebraska communities, Rontu Inc. is playing a key role in advancing the brand’s mission to make healthy, convenient food more accessible statewide.
