The state’s flagship location will be located in Anderson Township, part of the Greater Cincinnati market. With this opening, CRISP & GREEN now proudly marks its entry into its 16th state, continuing a steady path of national growth through a combination of corporate development and dedicated franchise partners who share a passion for health and wellness.

The Anderson location will be operated by franchise partner M3 Holdings, a multi-brand franchise group with experience in both the restaurant and wellness space, including ownership of multiple Planet Fitness locations. Since joining CRISP & GREEN in 2023, M3 Holdings has expanded to several locations in Minnesota and now in Ohio, with a robust pipeline of additional units in the works. With plans to double its unit count in 2026, M3 Holdings is accelerating not only its own growth but also CRISP & GREEN’s broader system momentum, reinforcing how corporate and franchise development works hand-in-hand to bring the brand’s vision to life nationwide.
