Beginning March 10, guests can enjoy this elevated menu that brings together premium land and sea offerings, all prepared with Eddie Merlot’s signature finesse.
Highlights include:
- Wagyu Trio Around the World – A tasting of the most decadent Wagyu steaks from Japan, Australia and the United States
- Steak Diane – Expertly flambéed tableside and served with sautéed mushrooms and classic Diane sauce
- Lobster Thermidor – Cold water lobster tail stuffed with a decadent filling of cremini & shiitake mushrooms, onions, parmesan and gruyère cheese
- Pan-Seared Halibut – Served with Royal Osetra caviar beurre blanc
- Seafood Bouillabaisse – Halibut, shrimp, clams, PEI mussels in white wine and saffron-infused tomato broth, served with grilled bread
The menu also features show-stopping starters like Lobster Cargot Style – cold water lobster tail baked in garlic butter with cheese and puff pastry – and Caviar Service, featuring Royal Osetra Caviar and accoutrements like fingerling potatoes, gaufrette potatoes, capers, crème fraîche, chives, egg and red onion.
