Known for its craft breakfast sandwiches served on a house made Hawaiian bun, Effin Egg has put its own touch on classic breakfast favorites.
Las Vegas resident, Sarah Morgen-Fox is the owner of the Las Vegas Location, located at 4555 S Fort Apache Road. Sarah spent many years in the restaurant industry and eventually wanted to invest in a business of her own.
“I began looking into franchises about 3 years ago that I would want to invest my time and money into, when I came across this cute little franchise, at first glance made me giggle with the name, Effin Egg, but it was only what I thought was a silly dream,” Sarah said. “When researching more I discovered Jeff Martin who started Smallcakes in Overland Park KS was the creator of this brand. I grew up in Kansas and remember eating Smallcakes, so I figured that was a sign. Upon having the chance to speak with Jeff over the phone, his calm, and kind, demeanor, and the fact that he truly just wants everyone he knows to succeed, I knew I had to do whatever it took to be a part of this franchise.”

In addition to its mouth-watering menu, Effin Egg Las Vegas will also offer a fun and inviting atmosphere, with friendly service and a welcoming vibe that will make guests feel right at home. Effin Egg Las Vegas used local artists for its inside art work antis themed Alice In Wonderland with a side of Effin Egg.
