Citymeals on Wheels, a nonprofit organization founded in 1981 that provides a continuous lifeline of meals and connection for 22,000 homebound older New Yorkers.
WHAT?
Harlem Shake will partner with Citymeals on Wheels to raise awareness and funds to support the organization and its mission with the Harlem Shake Big Apple PigOut, featuring:
- Pigskin Burger (two Pat LaFrieda beef patties, pork rinds two ways, cheddar cheese, pickles, onions, and BBQ sauce)
- Bacon Cheese Fries (Regular fries topped with cheese sauce, bacon, and chives)
- Double Chocolate Bacon Milkshake (a remix of a former menu favorite; Dark chocolate shake topped with bacon crumbs)
Big Apple PigOut combo will go on sale on October 1 – November 1 for $35, and 20 % of each sale will be donated to Citymeals on Wheels to help deliver meals for older New Yorkers in need. In addition, dine-in and delivery customers may make a donation of their choice that will be collected and donated to the organization as well.
