Restaurants can launch fully branded online ordering and mobile app experiences powered by Incentivio, with menus that automatically sync with Oracle. This ensures accurate pricing, real-time availability, and proper handling of 86’d items and menu configurations across all ordering channels.

The integration supports Incentivio’s full gift card suite, allowing guests to purchase and redeem gift cards seamlessly online, in-app, and in-store. Guests can buy physical gift cards in-store or send digital gift cards to friends and family, which can be redeemed at any restaurant location. Physical gift cards can also be added to a mobile wallet for digital purchases. For operators, the integration includes centralized gift card reconciliation and the ability to manage gift card liability across all locations using ACH money movement.
