Avid Hooters fan Rick Freeman wins weekly Hooters Fantasy Football Challenge powered by DraftKings

Using the code, fans can set a DraftKings lineup for free in a matter of minutes to play for $50,000 in cash and prizes from Hooters every week, awarded September 13 through October 18.
