These seasonal additions showcase the brand’s commitment to combining authentic flavors with modern culinary creativity.

Leading the spring lineup is Hokuriku Cabba-Chick, a comforting ramen dish built on a clear chicken broth layered with pork back fat and sautéed chicken thigh. The bowl is topped with cabbage, bean sprouts and green onions for texture and brightness, with a hint of chili thread adding gentle heat. Served with thin noodles, it delivers a clean, satisfying flavor inspired by regional Japanese traditions.

Complementing the savory ramen is the Iced Matcha Latte, a refreshing spring beverage crafted with premium matcha, oat milk and agave. Finished with a salted cream topping, the drink offers a smooth balance of earthy sweetness and a light savory note, perfect for welcoming the warmer season.
