The Brand’s Largest Menu Update Ever, Now Available Across All Locations Nationwide
Atlanta, GA (Restaurant News Release) Mellow Mushroom – the Atlanta-based, stone-baked pizza brand with 160+ locations nationwide – is expanding its menu with a new lineup of vibrant salads and a refreshed beverage program, now available across all locations.
“Our goal wasn’t to reinvent these menu categories, but to refine and elevate them in ways our guests can immediately taste,” said Elizabeth Brasch, VP of Marketing at Mellow Mushroom. “We’ve enhanced our salad recipes with brighter ingredients and more dynamic flavors, and introduced a beverage program that brings a fresh, balanced mix of familiar favorites and new discoveries. As our guests’ preferences continue to evolve, so do we.”
Part of its continued menu evolution, Mellow Mushroom is introducing a reimagined selection of salads with flavor-forward ingredients that pair with its signature psychedelic pizzas. Alongside thoughtfully updated favorites, entirely new, chef-driven recipes offer guests a fresh way to experience Mellow Mushroom – whether craving something lighter as a main dish or to complement a favorite pizza order.
For a protein-packed option, guests can opt to add grilled or crispy chicken to any salad. Throughout the month of May, in celebration of the arrivals, Mellow Mushroom will offer free chicken (grilled or crispy) on any regular salad – available both online and in-store across all locations.
In addition to Mellow’s fresh spin on classic salads including Caesar, Greek, Cobb and House, craveable new salads include:
- Asian Crunch (NEW!) – cucumbers, tangy peppers, pineapple, crispy onions, wontons, cilantro, lime, shredded romaine & cabbage with creamy Asian dressing (option to add crispy Thai chili chicken)
- Apple Harvest (NEW!) – apples, white cheddar, sheep’s milk feta, dried cherries, candied pecans, pepitas & shredded romaine with balsamic vinaigrette
Behind the bar, the new cocktail menu will introduce drinks including:
- Moondust Margarita (NEW!) – Espolòn Blanco Tequila, dragonfruit, pineapple, orange bitters & lime juice
- Watermelon Zinger (NEW!) – Milagro Silver Tequila, Red Bull Red Edition (watermelon), lime juice & a Tajin rim
- Spicy Mango Margarita (NEW!) – A fusion of tropical sweetness and fiery spice with Milagro Silver Tequila, lemon & lime juices, mango purée, jalapeño & triple sec with a Tajin rim
- Peachy Pineapple Spritz (NEW!) – Ruffino Lumina Pinot Grigio with light and bright flavors of pineapple, lemon & peach
- Groovy Berry Spritz (NEW!) – Conundrum Red Blend with zesty and refreshing flavors of blackberry & lemon
- Vanilla Cream Cola (NEW!) – Choice of Tito’s Handmade Vodka or Jack Daniel’s Whiskey, Coca-Cola®, vanilla syrup & topped with creamy cold foam
- Blackberry Whiskey Sour (NEW!) – A classic favorite with a fruity twist featuring Jameson Irish Whiskey, blackberry, lemon juice & Angostura bitters
- Espresso Martini (NEW!) – A classic and smooth Midnight Bean espresso martini
- Lemon Drop Martini (NEW!) – Citrusy fun with SKYY Vodka, lemon juice & triple sec
Playfully inspired shots have also been added to the lineup, including:
- Green Tea (NEW!) – Jameson Irish Whiskey, lemon & lime juices, Sprite® & peach schnapps
- Trippy Gummy (NEW!) – Deep Eddy Vodka, lemon & lime juices, pomegranate & peach schnapps
- Pineapple Cake (NEW!) – Espolòn Blanco Tequila, pineapple, vanilla & pomegranate
A selection of guest-favorite beverages will stay on the menu, including classics like:
- The RB Premium Margarita – Tequila Ocho Reposado, Cointreau orange liqueur, lemon and lime juices & a citrus salt rim
- Strawberry Shakedown – Tito’s Handmade Vodka, fresh muddled strawberries, lemon and lime juices & Angostura bitters
- Sunset in Paradise – Don Q Cristal Rum, coconut, pineapple, pomegranate, lemon and lime juices & a toasted coconut rim
Guests can also continue to enjoy Mellow Mushroom’s non-alcoholic refreshers and vast and ever-evolving selection of top local, domestic and imported beers on tap.
