Thibodaux, LA (Restaurant News Release) Off The Hook Restaurants, Louisiana’s fast-growing Cajun seafood concept known for its “Real Cajun. Real Fast.” philosophy, is turning up the heat this spring with an exciting new partnership with viral Cajun personality and outdoor cooking sensation Stalekracker (Justin Chiasson).
Together, they are introducing The Stalekracker Stacker – a limited-time menu item that brings unapologetic Cajun flavor to the burger game.
The collaboration officially kicks off with a launch party on April 25 from 12–3 PM at Off The Hook’s Thibodaux location, where fans will have the chance to meet Stalekracker, enjoy giveaways, and be among the first to experience the new creation. The Stacker will roll out across all Off The Hook locations starting May 4.
A Burger Built Different – And Battle-Tested
The Stalekracker Stacker isn’t your average burger – it’s a full-on Cajun flavor statement.
Inspired by the very recipe that helped Stalekracker take home a win on Guy’s Grocery Games earlier this year, the Stacker brings competition-level flavor straight to Off The Hook guests.
Built on a toasted sourdough bun, the Stacker features:
- Two stacked Angus beef patties
- Melted American cheese
- Crispy bacon
- House-made Hook Sauce
- A signature kick from candied jalapeños (“Cajun Candy”)
“This isn’t some regular burger,” said Stalekracker. “We’re bringing that real Cajun flavor – bold, loud, and done right. That’s money, baby!”
