The new offerings debut April 20, just in time to kick off the hottest stretch of the year.

The Surf and Turf Roll is the festival headliner and comes filled with spicy yellowfin tuna, cream cheese and krab stick, then topped with premium filet mignon, crisp jalapeño and crunchy flakes. Finished with spicy mayo, sweet chili, eel sauce and a touch of sriracha, this roll is for those who like to turn up the flavor factor to 11. *Pricing starts at $15.99, but varies by location.

The opening act is the Headbanger Shrimp, which features golden crunch shrimp tossed in Rock N’ Roll Sushi’s signature Spicy-Sweet-Creamy Headbanger Sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds. This is the type of dish that would make a frontman stage dive onto an unsuspecting fan just to snag one for themselves. *Pricing starts at $8.99, but varies by location.

To cool things down, the Lychee Sour Mocktail brings a refreshing encore. The alcohol-free libation features Lychee REÀL®, fresh lime and lemon juice, topped with Sprite® and garnished with a lime wheel. For those about to rock a little harder, just add sake for a delicious cocktail. *Pricing starts at $5, but varies by location.
