Amherst, NY (Restaurant News Release) Niagara Falls Boulevard welcomes its newest resident – Lime House Sushi and Ramen. The New York-based restaurant chain is constantly expanding to serve more New Yorkers in different locations. The Niagara Falls Blvd branch is their third restaurant to date.
Owner Thanda Win shares her why for expanding her restaurant: “I’ve always wanted to serve New Yorkers with authentic Asian flavors. With that, I want Lime House to be present in as many New York localities as possible. This way, every New Yorker can have a taste of genuine sushi and ramen.”
Lime House is a family-owned restaurant, built from the ground up by Thanda and her relatives. “Originally, it was my father who trained in Japan as a sushi and ramen chef. Then, I got interested as well, and I turned my passion into Lime House,” Thanda said. Since its inception in 2017, Lime House has become an iconic fast casual restaurant in New York state serving unique, authentic Asian cuisine.
With its convenient new location at Niagara Falls Blvd., which is very close to the University of Buffalo (UB), Lime House is positioned to reach out to a wider client base. “Students of UB, in particular, can now enjoy our selection of dishes without having to go far. An exciting sushi and ramen experience is now always within their reach,” Thanda added.
