The teams behind 7 Brew, Smalls Sliders, and Black Rock Coffee join Lola Beans to deliver turnkey development for its high-energy drive-thru beverage franchise
Cleveland, TN (Restaurant News Release) Lola Beans, the drive-thru franchise serving coffee, infused sodas and plant-based energy drinks, announced today that it has secured three strategic partnerships with industry-leading firms Russo Modular, Citadel Development, and Foodservice Equipment Brokers (FEB) to support the brand’s next phase of national growth.
These partnerships establish a fully integrated development system designed to help franchisees open locations faster, more efficiently, and with greater consistency through Lola Beans’ modular “drop-and-go” model.
Lola Beans has built an integrated development model to support rapid, scalable growth across markets. Russo Modular, a Phoenix-based manufacturer known for its work with brands like Dutch Bros, Jimmy John’s, Black Rock Coffee, and 7 Brew, will produce factory-built steel buildings on ~90-day timelines that run parallel to site preparation. Citadel Development, the turnkey firm behind brands like 7 Brew Coffee and Smalls Sliders, will lead site construction from permitting through installation and serve as the preferred national design-build partner for Lola Beans’ largest franchisee, Rise Hospitality Group, Inc.
Rise Hospitality Group’s, Texas franchisees Kirk and Coleen Jeter, played a leading role in shaping and advancing Lola Beans’ modular unit program and will be the first franchisees to roll out the brand’s drop-and-go stores. “Strategic partnerships are critical when scaling a high-growth brand,” said the Jeters. “Working with the Lola Beans team has been a great collaboration, helping franchisees open faster and scale confidently across Texas and nationwide.”
To complete the system, Lola Beans and its franchisees have engaged Foodservice Equipment Brokers (FEB), a national supplier serving hundreds of concepts since 1993, to handle equipment sourcing, design, and installation – ensuring each location is fully equipped for efficient operations from day one.
Together, these partners support the rollout of Lola Beans’ modular prototype, which allows franchisees to pursue flexible real estate strategies including ground-up development and site conversions, while maintaining a consistent layout and operational flow across all locations.
“This is a major step forward in how we support franchisees,” said Donny Bradley. “It was a great experience working with our franchisees, Kirk and Coleen Jeter, who helped inspire this modular program and whose commitment to the brand was instrumental. That collaboration gives us confidence in a scalable model that simplifies development, reduces build times, and is built for nationwide growth.”
The announcement comes as Lola Beans continues to expand its footprint, including its recently announced 120+ unit area representative agreement in Texas. The brand is actively working with experienced operators and development partners to bring its high-energy drive-thru beverage concept to new markets nationwide.
With these partnerships in place, Lola Beans is positioned to accelerate expansion across Texas and beyond, offering franchisees a more efficient path from signed agreement to grand opening.
