Beloved crêperie sets its sights on Fenton this August, hiring a full team to bring sweet and savory crêpes, Parisian charm and a taste of France to the Triangle
Cary, NC (Restaurant News Release) Cary, get ready to say “bonjour.” Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café, the beloved brand known for its sweet and savory crêpes and French-inspired interiors, is preparing to open its first North Carolina location in mid-to-late August at 1 Fenton Main St., Suite 190, in the heart of the vibrant Fenton development, with a grand opening celebration to follow in September. For the Triangle, it’s an invitation to slow down, savor and slip away to Paris – all without leaving Wake County.
The arrival marks a milestone moment for the fast-growing crêperie as it debuts in North Carolina and offers the greater Raleigh-Durham community its first taste of the Sweet Paris experience. Founded in Houston more than a decade ago on a simple mission – to “Revive the Art of Eating Crêpes” – the brand has since whisked guests away to charming, chandelier-lit cafes across the country and now sets its sights on Cary.
Once doors open, guests will discover that Sweet Paris is far more than crêpes, though those are certainly the pièce de résistance. The menu ranges from sweet classics like Nutella®, Apple Cinnamon Crème Brûlée and indulgent Dubai Chocolate crêpes to savory favorites such as Chicken Carbonara, Philly Cheesesteak and Truffled Caprese.
Beyond the crêpes, guests can savor breakfast plates, croffles, waffles and fresh bowls, alongside crisp salads and paninis. The beverage menu is equally compelling, featuring handcrafted lattes and vibrant matcha creations – including the Tiramisu Latte and Iced Lavender Dreams Matcha – alongside brunch favorites like mimosas and the signature Spritz à Paris.
This experience extends beyond the menu in Sweet Paris’ signature cafe setting, where light-filled interiors, Parisian-inspired details and an unhurried atmosphere encourage guests to linger over every visit.
“Fenton is one of the most exciting developments in the Triangle right now, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to introduce Sweet Paris,” said James D’Aquila, franchisee and CEO of Virentes Hospitality. “We can’t wait to bring a little Parisian magic to this incredible community.”
Opening its doors at 8 a.m. every day, Sweet Paris Fenton will be among the earliest spots to welcome guests in the development, serving a full breakfast menu daily from open until close, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Ahead of the debut, guests are encouraged to download the Sweet Paris app and join the Sweet Passport loyalty program, where they can collect “Whisks” for rewards, receive exclusive offers and enjoy a specialty birthday treat.
Additional details on the grand opening celebrations, including a ribbon-cutting with the Cary Chamber of Commerce, will be announced closer to the opening. At Sweet Paris, each visit is a gentle escape – where golden crêpes, thoughtful hospitality and meaningful connection come together in true Parisian fashion.
